Shipping policy
All purchases are individually packaged, and hand filled on an order-by-order basis. Although we try our best to maintain an up to date inventory on our online store, there are times when the website may show items in stock that we have in fact sold out of at recent events. In these situations we will: 1) Ship your order as soon as the new stock is received. 2) Offer a replacement/comparable product of equal value at no additional fee. 3) If the shipment delay, or attempt to offer replacement items are insufficient, we will refund the order
If for some reason you should desire a refund after a purchase, contact us online, or at our merch booth in person at any of our live events and we will resolve the issue for you.
